Questions
My installer has gone out of business. Who do I call?
Call us on 01492 550 086. We look after solar PV and battery systems that other companies installed, including systems whose installer has stopped trading.
Is my system still under warranty?
The installer's own workmanship guarantee usually ends when the company closes, but manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters and batteries often carry on. Some installers also arranged insurance-backed guarantees. We can help you check what still applies.
Do you need my installation paperwork?
It helps if you have it, especially the handover pack, MCS certificate and any warranty documents, but we can still help if you don't.
Can you take over looking after my system?
Yes. Ask about Warranty Replacement when you call, so you always have someone local to call.
