Questions
What should I do if my solar is not working?
First check the inverter display or app for an error code or warning light, and check that the solar isolator switches and the solar breaker in your consumer unit are on. Note any error code and when the problem started. If generation has stopped or dropped and you can't see why, call us on 01492 550 086 and we'll arrange a free home visit.
Can solar panels be repaired?
Yes, in most cases. Many faults are in the inverter, the wiring, the connectors or the isolators rather than the panels themselves, and these can usually be repaired or replaced. A damaged panel can often be replaced on its own.
How much does a solar panel repair cost?
It depends on the fault. After the free home visit we tell you what needs doing and what it will cost before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
How much does it cost to get solar panels serviced?
Call us for a price for your system. We'll explain what a service covers and the cost before we book it.
Do you repair systems another company installed?
Yes. We repair all makes, including systems whose original installer has stopped trading.
